Why are your prices so cheap?
We operate like an outlet however we have more than one brand. We buy end of season or surplus stock from multiple suppliers so we can give our customers the best price. Just think of us like all the sale rails you find in shops in one place!
Do you have to pay for returns?
No, we offer free returns. To request a return simply complete our return form and we will then send you a pre-paid postage label which you can either print or show the QR code the Post Office who will print the label for you. Returns must be notified to us within 14 days from receiving your order. For full details please click here.
What is your sizing like?
As we sell a number of children’s wear brands sizing can vary. However our size guide can be found by clicking here. And don’t forget if it doesn’t fit we offer free returns.
How long does it take for delivery?
We offer a variety of delivery options which depend on where you want the order shipped to and how quickly you want the order. For full details please click here.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped we will email you with the tracking information. If you have created an account you can also log in and view Order History where tracking information is also available.
Why should I create an account on the website?
By creating an account you will be able to log in and not have to enter your personal details each time you place an order. You can also view your order history and track current orders. What are your accepted payment methods?
We accept all major credit and debit card payments in either Sterling, Euro or US Dollars which is taken securely via Payzone. We also accept PayPal payments. We do not offer payment plans.
Do you have a shop?
No. We are an online based retailer only.
Is there VAT on my order?
Children’s clothing, footwear and belts in the UK is not VAT rated. Hair accessories, gifts and toys are VAT rated. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT were applicable.
I just placed an order but I now want to add something, how do I avoid being charged delivery again?
Simply place another order and make a note in the comments section that you would like this order to be packed with (quote the first order’s order number). We will then refund you for the delivery for the second order. Just ensure you place the second order as soon as possible after the first order to avoid the first order being dispatched without the additional item(s). If this happens you will still be charged delivery for the second order. You can always contact us to check the first order has not already been shipped by clicking here.
Can I order and delay the delivery?
Of course, simply make a note in the comments section when you place the order letting us know when you would like the order by.

Are items left in my basket protected from other people ordering it?
No. Until you complete your order by providing payment the items you put in your basket can still be ordered by other customers. Therefore they may go out of stock whilst in your basket.
Do you sell to trade?
